In early 2009 Leo acted for me in a traffic matter which appeared pretty hopeless. We thought a six month suspension of my licence was inevitable.
But Leo persevered to the end and only an hour before we went into court he uncovered a very unusual flaw in the prosecution case. By the time Leo finished cross examining their witness the magistrate was in no mind to find me guilty, in fact so convincing was Leo’s position that the magistrate offered the prosecution an opportunity to withdraw the case to avoid further embarrassment, which they did.
